Mixx Frozen Yogurt

iPlay America in Freehold, NJ created a frozen yogurt location within their facility and I was asked to create a logo that would appeal to customers of all ages. The Mixx Frozen Yogurt logo will be used on yogurt cups, building signage, and marketing collateral. The Mixx logo combines a bright, eye catching red background within a white circle, which signifies the rim of the frozen yogurt cup. The middle features a stylized graphic of a frozen yogurt cup that has a retro feel, with it’s combination of rounded edges and triangular lines. The Logo is both classic in color and modern in its bold, brush stroked font. The first “X” is also the handle of the stylized spoon; this brings the graphic and the logo together. Using Adobe Illustrator as a tool, these elements combine the appeal of old fashioned scoop shops and the relatively modern appeal of frozen yogurt.
